Headaches
Bad, bad headache for the last few days. I've gotten a lot of advice, most of which I haven't taken yet. But I think I need to. Someone mentioned lots of water and someone else just told me to eat sunflower seeds. I've been napping, with no good results from that and taking pain relievers. Nothing seems to be working. I am wondering if exercise just might do it. Odd that my daughter has had one on and off all week. And also a good friend of ours. Maybe its the weather (which is rainy, damp and...
