THE SKATER

There blows a sharp, cold winter breeze and through the peaceful snow wrapped trees, upon a gentle, frozen pond the skater glides with knowing ease. Across the ice her being flies, while silver skates sing lullabies. Just how can she see love in this do wonder cold, blind passers by. Against the wood she is so fair, a pure and simple living prayer. And those who know and understand are those whole live and wander there.
