Entry #66

One of the comments made about the last entry mentioned the benefits of moderate exercise - specifically, that fifteen to twenty minutes' worth of walking daily can lift the spirits of the person doing the walking. I have found that just about any form of exercise lifts my mood so that I don't feel as depressed as I had before I started exercising. Even the act of walking from one room to another will often make me feel better - perhaps because I am actually doing something other than vegetating...
