Walking There

Tuesday's election was the first time that I ever walked to my polling place. Before, I did not have the time to walk, instead driving. Not too Far from Teaching

Making the Most

The last six months or so has seen its share of wacky weather. We had twenty-some straight days of rain from late April to the middle of May. Talk about dreary. Those Times Spent Overnight at the Hospital

In my life, I have spent a total of seven days overnight at the hospital. After I was born, a difficult childbirth and a C-section delivery necessitated both Mom and I staying at the hospital for five days.
