What Constitutes Homicide?

If you kill someone who is attempting to play the recorder and NOT doing a good job at it, is that justifiable homicide? After all, it is getting rid of noise pollution and keeping people like me from going insane. Why the heck aren't kids in school today?????? Sign in to see full entry.
