Body image is universal; why not put Palestinian, Israeli and Bedouin women together to try to lose weight and see what happens? With the help of her friend, a Palestinian nutritionist, filmmaker Yael Luttwak came up with this idea after having a “vision” while hiking in Israel in the late 1990’s. “What if Yasaar Arafat and Ariel Sharon – both fat guys – got together to get in better shape?
