I'm going to try to make them myself so that I can have them at home, but for less money and paired with something healthy. I may still have to eat them on the road, since I'm... If you eat these often enough, you might deside to cook a corn beef and dice it for has, then add a cooked potatoe, celery, and... Sign in to see full entry.

My favorite fast food

is bacon cheese potato wedges from Jack in the box. A good substitute is a vegtable mix of red potatoes, peppers, onions, bacon and broccoli. Fry it and add shredded cheddar. Either a good side dish or a meal. Sign in to see full entry.

Missing Vegetables

Raw vegetables are generally all you get in fast food. I love cooked spinach, carrots, fresh Kentucky wonder beans, corn on the cob, mashed turnips. I don't mind frozen although they don't taste as good. So how do I incorporate them? I think i'm going to have to cook several side dishes, freeze and... Sign in to see full entry.
