Smoking Cessation - A Major Victory
Yesterday, I had to ride my bicycle home from work. This is a 15 mile trip. It was cold and drizzly, but this kept me from becoming too overheated, so it was a blessing. But, the far greater blessing was that after I arrived home after two hours of aerobic activity, I did not WANT a cigarette and so...

Day Two: Enjoing Breathing More and smoking less
I have definitely cut back on the number of cigarettes. I am taking moments to just enjoy taking a deep breath of fresh air. One more day until I cease altogether. I feel good about how it all goes.
