Never Had this Happen!
Yesterday, I got a call from (and for the life of me I can't think of what this kind of call is called!) let's call her a "junk mail caller." I was especially conscious of my vocal level and thought think loud and I answered with a pretty loud "Hello" or so I thought. The caller said, "Hello? Is anyone there?" I answered "yes" and she asked specifically for me. I told her it was she speaking. She went into her 'schpeal', then stopped mid-sentence, while I on the other end was ho-humming and...
