Juggling Meds with Eating

Saturday mornings are so boring for me. It's "bone pill day." Once a week, I take a medication that is supposed to stop my bones from thinning. I have osteopenia, pre-osteoporosis. I have 4 strikes against me. 1) It's very common in post-menopausal women. 2) I am taking medication to keep my cancer from coming back and the absence of hormones, especially Estrogen, which fuels my cancer, gets revenge for killing it off by attacking my bones. 3) Parkinson's patients, especially post-menopausal,...
