THE SIXTH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS HAS DONE IT AGAIN
The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has decided that parents have no rights to a voice in what is taught their children in public school. They further added they have no right to be sole teachers of sexual training for their children. This ruling came about when parents complained after a trial survey was given 7 to 10 year olds on very explicit sexual questions.
