I have been totally appalled at the very idea of a Judge giving a man (should he have that identity) sixty (60) days for raping a little girl for four years. First this child has parents who fall into a mental deficit level. The child begins with a major set of strikes against her. Then along comes this child molester and has himself a built-in-service for four long years. I do not know how much the parents knew. I don't know how much the parents understand.
