Intimacy
I commit myself to being close, and I commit myself to clearing up anything in the way of my ability to do so. On first blush, this appears both obvious and simple... and it is!... Or is it? I believe that we all carry some unconscious fears of intimacy. Will I be smothered, will I be left with a broken heart, will I be rejected when I am fully known? Beloved, I can make this commitment.
