WHEN I TELL YOU TO DO SOMETHING...I WANT YOU TO DO IT

How crazy does this sound from one adult to another? A principal once said that to me as I worked as an assistant principal. He further said DON'T PASS IT FROM THIS PERSON TO THAT PERSON, I WANT YOU TO DO IT!!!!! Was this man insane or from another time zone or era? I just looked at him and smiled... About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society. This blog will serve as a place to share and receive information that can benefit many in a reciprocal way.
