When asked a question or in a situation, what you say in/at the moment is paramount! I learned the hard way that if I tell a person how I am prior to establishing a relationship, THEY DO NOT BELIEVE ME! After an incident, if I attempt to explain myself, THEY DO NOT BELIEVE ME! About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society. This blog will serve as a place to share and receive information that can benefit many in a reciprocal way.
