AFTER LAST FEW ANNOYING POST (MINE) ONE RELATIVE RECOGNIZED WRONG BEHAVIOR

It was awesome on yesterday that a person with whom I had conflict, said conflict will be minimized in the future. It was further said that the problem has been the need to be right and to prove that I am wrong. I have recognized it for awhile and would not back down. Hearing it was awesome. Not... About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society. This blog will serve as a place to share and receive information that can benefit many in a reciprocal way.
