I HAVE BEEN THINKING AND FIND THAT I REALLY LIKE THE LAW OF THE FARM.......

One takes a seed, plants, then receive a harvest!! If an apple seed is planted, then an apple tree will grow, not an orange. If weeds are allowed, there may be no tree. About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society.
