Buying a car in a tornado

There's a car dealership near here. All of their cars were damaged in the tornadoes last week. BUT they are selling them! Decision

I have made a decision that I definitely need to write a letter to the company that owns this apartment complex. The company was very sweet and polite when we talked briefly on the phone. I didn't write much yesterday. I probably won't write much today. Several days ago, I had an anxiety attack, and it lasted until I went to the doc yesterday.
