Getting Saucy!
There is an IHOP, a couple of blocks from the workshop, where we have eaten a few times now. They serve a certain sauce for burgers-- onion and bacon carmelized in bourbon. Last time I ordered a bit of it on the side as I was not having the burger, and so brought home enough to have on something...
