Meatloaf

I just stuck one in the oven. It's pretty classic: beef/pork mixed with bread crumbs, ketchup, and an egg. I also added in some fried onion bits--the kind that go on green bean casserole, and they will add flavor, though the crispy will be gone. I was looking for ground pork at the grocery store and...
