Another tagine today
Eggplant, leeks, sugar snap peas, and shrimp, cooked in chicken broth and tikka masala curry sauce... I watched it carefully this time, and it was ready in an hour and a half without scorching. There was plenty of broth this time, and a dollop of sour cream made it very tasty indeed!
