According to the weather forecast, there is 15% chance of no precipitation today. According to the weather map, it is already snowing right here in this neighborhood. But seems to me, the 15% is winning. Kind of the opposite of the guy who called his local weatherman to inform him, "I've just shoveled 18 inches of 'partly cloudy' off my driveway!"
