Vacations......are they really worth the time if no one does your work

when you are out? We recently took a vacation to San Juan, Puerto Rico. But when I returned to work, it has been a nightmare to try and play "catch-up". Multitasking can be harmful to your health????

I listen to the news "sometimes" driving to work. This morning I heard a radio station report that "multitasking" will lower your IQ by 10% and you have less productivity when you multitask than when you stay focused on one thing at a time. Living with Alzheimer......how do you cope?

My husband and I have just returned from visiting my aunt who has Alzheimer disease. She is in her own little world. She and her husband now live in a retirement home which is closer than we have ever been to each other.
