May first in Germany!

May first is labor-day in Germany as well as in many other European countries. So, just about everyone was out for a walk or a bike ride in the country side or in town. A bit more on Spain

I love that country so much that I've got to "talk" a bit more about it. Hope you don't mind?! Màlaga, where I staid for the 2 weeks, is on the "costa del sol" (sunshine cost of Spain) and used to be a fishers' port, with a small walled town. Back from Spain!

I came back home yesterday afternoon, after two weeks in warm and sunny Spain. I actually arrived in Germany Sunday night, but spent a night in Frankfurt. So, I arrived here, at home, only yesterday. I just finished a small exam in Spanish. Hopefully I passed! Everyone here has the flu and I think I am starting it too. I am leaving Sunday afternoon for Frankfurt, spend a night there with my hubby, then go back home (well, the one in Germany) on Monday. The time I spent here was quite good, sunny... As the summer approaches...

It is getting cooler, not warmer. What a strange climate we have this year! We were drinking beers (dunkel, of course) on a terrasse in February and this morning it was snowing!
