Wheelchairs and access
I little while ago I wrote a blog about Notre Dame and someone asked me if there was a wheelchair access. This made me started to think about wheelchairs and access to historical monuments. In Germany, at least in my part of it, they try quite hard to "incorporate" handicapped people in the cities.... Sign in to see full entry.
