Oh my. Great communication skills are essential in business. With the Internet being the way it is he might find himself getting a lot of poor reviews if he continues as he is currently known.

Any time the boss has to babysit an employee who gives negative repeat performances, it usually doesn't go well unless they can eventually see the error of their ways. I wish you guys luck with him.
