FSI, I think giving Ethan another chance would be the best way to go. I know this happens in companies every day, and making the right decisions is hard. I'm thinking if Bruce gets sick or something goes wrong, your Dad will have to look for another employee. Sometimes it's best to keep the employees who know the job. Training a new employee can be very time-consuming. I hope you have a good day. We are warming up in the city again! I was really enjoying these cooler temperatures.

It is a tough situation. I agree that giving Ethan the heave-ho for a minor infraction is a bit harsh. I really would need to see a doctor approved note indicating Bruce is well enough to handle the schedule. It's fair to you and him equally.
