I am three weeks from my 73rd birthday (August 16th!) and I still feel and act much younger. As I've said many (many!!!) times, I grew up on a farm with 160+ milking cows, ten horses, 30+ pigs, and about a dozen sheep. Working 8 to 12 hours a day was normal, and I never thought I was actually working.Â
As a medic, I could be called out anytime of the day or night, and then working in the ER, my regular work schedule was 2 pm to midnight.... but frequently didn't leave until 2 am. It was how the job worked... and I loved it.Â
Lisa and I are usually up around 7:30 in the morning (the dogs want out!) and go to sleep about 12:30 most nights. I don't work as much as I used to, but the dogs keep us busy.
My father always told me, "Life is what you make it," and I firmly believe that!

Think it is brill that you can sell against all the competition. It seems to me to be a cruel area to progress in. I cannot help visualizing you as a youngster. You once told us stories of your youth I actually forget but still see you with goodies and a barn.Â
