Dealing with emotions lets hope youth prevails.

Bruce needs to focus on his health issues before trying to return to work. He also needs to put the cigarettes down. Chain smoking is hard on a person's body in so many ways. Hopefully, Ethan will stay on track and not relapse. At 21, he could end up finding other interests in the workforce. After all, there is a great big world out there filled with possibilities.

My goodness, I feel terrible for Bruce. Too bad he won't take care of his health issues. Smoking is such a hard thing on the body. I wish him the best. Ethan's resolve to turn his life around will benefit him in the long run. I hope he stays on the right path. It's good your company gives these men an opportunity to succeed.

Good Morning

FSI, I'm hoping that Ethan will work out and stay on the job.  I think at this point, he is an asset.  He's young, and I wish him the best.  I hope you have a good day.
