Good morning. Those benches look sturdy. They did a great job. I am so glad that the heat has simmered down a bit, allowing for more comfortable days to be outdoors. I'm sure that Sadie enjoyed her walk and getting her pretty hair brushed. She is with a wonderful family. Our grandkids are coming over today to spend the night. It is music day on Plum Street in my Boro, and the kids want to come for the live music of Dancing Queen. I love Abba's music. It should be an enjoyable day. I hope you enjoy yours as well.

Fun day for Sadie. I could not live in high heat without A/C. I hope you rested today. I think the heat makes us feel tired.

Pat, I've thought the same thing about the roofers. I can't imagine how they can handle the heat on a very hot day. I know you will be happy when you have a new roof. Enjoy your afternoon.

I know it's July, but I'd like to see the heat level off a bit, at least while the crew is sweating away on replacing my roof. It's muggy and uncomfortable in the shade of the porch - those roofing guys must be really tough. And none of them are wearing straw hats... Go figure.
