It’s going to affect Dad’s health if he is left without needed staff. Better to maybe begin thinking about that now… Hoping for the best.

Good health makes a difference. So many decisions to make. Maybe you can find 2 part time people to fill in. That's why it's always good to have more than one solution. Training new people on an ongoing basis. Maybe you can find some college or high school students whom you can pay less money. They would benefit from the experience, and you would benefit by keeping your business going.

Tough things to work out here. I would be at a loss to even know where to begin. However, it seems the best route might be to entertain 5 and 10 year plans. That might be a good basis to start especially with aging equipment. I wish you the best with this dilemma.

Good morning,

Lots of places are short staffed this time of year.

You guys certainly have your set of problems. I can't imagine there are many mechanics with car wash experience, but you never know. I wish you guys the best of luck in finding a secure team of workers.

Good Morning

FSI, Oh my!  It's going to be hard for you and your Dad if you can't find a mechanic.  I feel so bad for your employees who have health issues.  My heart goes out to them.  I hope you have a good day and stay cool.  Do you have any special plans for the 4th of July?
