This was so cool to read. Almost a novella, lol!
I saw you asked about my moving. We are delayed until after the baby is born and gets to around 6 months old. The new tentative date is late Spring 2027. I'm ready right because I'm tired of the restrictions in the HOA (Home Owners Associarion). They own a person with all the crazy rules.
