I have been pulled over for speeding twice in my life. Both times just 8 miles over the limit. Once I was pulled over for going 38 in a 30 but right in front of the 40 m.p.h. sign. Crazy to ticket me, lol.

FSI......
Unless it has changed from years ago, my understanding is that they cannot give tickets on private property, only warnings. They can arrest if it is bad enough for that otherwise they can only warn. (That was in Missouri. I don't know if that is true everywhere.)

FSI, I don't think he did anything wrong, and if, for some reason, he did, then he got a warning because they would have either written him a ticket or arrested him otherwise. It's heating up in Cleveland. I hope you are staying cool.
