Managing people is no easy task. Sometimes it takes time to find the right motivation. I agree with you, know-it-alls can slow down the team.

6-hour days should be a breeze for Bruce. 12-hour shifts are rough. My hubby often works 16-hour shifts at the steel mill. Not easy on an old guy.

FSI, thank goodness you got air before the really hot days arrive. I know the employees will be thankful. I'm glad you are going to have 6-hour shifts. 12-hour shifts are hard. I couldn't handle that. I hope you have a good day. Stay cool!
