Contractors are often such a hassle. When I need a contractor - or my dad needs one for the businesses, I groan. I'm glad you all were able to quickly find a sub.

I'm not sure why bathroom remodels are such a nightmare, but they are. We are going through some issues with our tub to shower conversion right now. Contractors sticking to their word is a biggy. I'm glad that your mom got it sorted out and is getting her refund.
