Dad had right on his side and I expect the Judge saw no reason to disagree.

Bringing you in would not have made her case look favorable is my take on it. I can understand her request because there are those who cheat. But, when you tell the truth it always works in your favor. That's why your Dad was successful in stating his position. I believe what the judge said was nothing more than formality!

FSI.....
I was subpoenaed once to testify against a neighbor that was charged for something illegal. I tried to get out of it but was not successful. I did not hang around after they were finished with me so I did not know how it ended. But not long after, the family moved away.
