I have heard that creditors can show up at the bankruptcy hearing. Scary and stressful times for the person or people filing. With your dad's optimism, I look forward to reading the outcome.

I had no idea that creditors formed a committee, hired a lawyer they didn't pay for. I find that to be craziest scenario EVER! If I have to pay I want to be able to choose. There are so many crazy things in law!
