It is not so great growing old but I wish I was eighty perhaps being on Blogit keeps us alive.
I suppose I could stop for a few years to see if this theory is correct. 🌺🌺

I agree, it is amazing how the body slows down. I try to exercise 5 days a week in addition to my 4 miles per day walking in hopes that it will make a difference in my 80's abd 90's. As long as you are happy, for me that's the key!

Yes, cats are like that... sudden pangs of hunger must be announced, or pangs of requiring attention. Or just mischief, poking to see how high you jump!

I remember a golfing friend of mine say after he had done some strenuous work (he was in his 70s at the time) say, "The problem is that I have a 25-year old mine that things I can do all that work."

No sun here today. Just an overcast sky and lots of rain. Mr. Graysome needed his mama's immediate attention. The little bugger probably senses that something big is going on. may is right around the corner. He will find out soon enough. Enjoy your evening.

I think the term "fur baby" is a good one for our cherished 4-legged pets. My daughter talks about her little Yorkie requiring so much attention these days - and let's not even get started on the vet bills. Bottom line: they're worth it! ❤️
