Yes I suppose our mind's were less cluttered in those far away days. I remember as clear as a bell saying to a school friend 'I think my Mother is trying to poison me. I wondered at times what made me say it. 🌺

Well Taps I have a dilemma. Archie's wife (of the old chap that helps me) Sent me a big pot of minced beef and mashed potatoes. I have to be courteous and say how much I enjoyed it. Well it was quite nice but enough for three Navies . I don't like to warm it up, it sits in the refridgerater waiting for a decision.

I think that when I fly away some glad morning when this life is o'er that I will be happy to leave everything I ever worked on to share with others just where it is and hope that someone, at some time and for some reason, will enjoy some small thing, and perhaps like it well enough to share with someone else. There would be no reason to try to take it with me.

Memory's a tricky thing. Seems when an event was implanted makes a difference. I can remember things said to me when I was a schoolkid, but have forgotten those said yesterday. Perhaps it's just as well. Thank you for today's post. I'm going back to read it again.
