I also have those middle of the night wakings and if I don't slide easily back into sleep, I will read until I drop the book on my head or the cat... and then wake myself up again! Pointless to fight it, so it's good when the next day makes no demands!

Maybe it's the weather, I've been very low-energy today, too. Maybe it's a case of spring fever. There was a joke about it many years ago - spring fever is when the iron in your blood turns to lead and settles to the bottom.
