I would not worry if the grass grew and grew. I once let ours grow for seven years when I was a full-time carer.         🌺🌺

All of that rain is not helpful to an overgrown lawn. We just mowed ours a few days ago. The grass grows fast when the rain keeps coming. Hopefully, Jim's kid will help you out. Enjoy your day. Happy Easter. 🐰

I’ve been lucky when it comes to the price of my lawn. It was $35 when I moved in 2010 to my house only last year did they raise it to 40.

I think I'd wait a month or so to make the move. The weather will be more favorable by then (I hope) and you'll have time to get organized. Sorting and pitching and making a move stresses me out, and I'm also planning to re-locate to a senior living center near here. Stairs are a problem for me these days, being there will be all on one level and my kids won't worry about the possibility I could fall. But I'm home here. I get to watch the children on the playground, at least until summer.  Oh, well.

Good Evening

Kabu, I hope Jim's son cuts the grass before it gets too high.  I'm glad you caught up on the wash.  I know it's a good feeling to have your wash done.  I hope you have a good night.
