Yes, a day at home was certainly a necessity. it will look much neater when finished I am sure.Do you ever grow flowers I wonder! Bulbs are good for they come back every year and make a pretty early show.

That is a messy job that definitely needs overseeing, and it is not cheap. John has been trimming away one of our trees that is roughly two-hundred feet high. Those branches are longer than they appear once they hit the ground. He is almost to the point to where the tree trimming company has to take over sawing off the main trunk. We had to ask permission from the marina next door to drop it on their side once the docks have been moved. Lucky for us, not only did they agree to that, but they want the wood for bonfires.

Well, one does not want trees too close to the house, they can disturb the foundations.

I don't envy that at all. I remember when I had two trees removed. It was expensive! I'm glad you are there because it would be horrible if they removed something you wanted to keep! Good luck with the removal!
