Amazon, Verizon, Microsoft, and private employers were hit hard last year by layoffs because of the shift to AI versus humans. AI is everywhere you look. We are becoming a world dependent upon the newest and fastest tech products and robots. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology released a study in November 2025 showing that AI can already do the job of 11.7% of the U.S. labor market and save as much as $1.2 trillion in wages across finance, healthcare, and other professional services. I think about the AI saving companies but if there are no consumers you bite the hand that feeds you! Crazy!

I agree. It's not the time to panic. I lived in Detroit in the 80s. Robotics was supposed to take over the Car Industry. It did take away some jobs. However, you still need people to keep the robots working.
