Kabu I would definitely see a lawyer The law here allows the remaining spouse to retain the property. children would not lose out they would just have to wait a bit longer. of course it is your decision.🌺🌺

I will be packing up my house fairly soon. The hope is to be Michigan this time next year. You are still in the grieving stages so be kind to yourself and don't over exert, it will only wear you down. You might be better off doing one room at a time. I wish you well because doing everything by yourself can feel overwhelming. You can do it, just pace yourself.
