Credit Cards....
They make it so easy for one to spend all your money and just sit on one's heinie at the same time and people take advantage of your money which you worked hard to get. I know....I've had problems with those scammers before.

there is so much fraud around. My banks seem to stay on top of it but it is really horrible.

That does sounds odd. A few years ago, someone kept making attempts to test our bank account by making $2- and $3-dollar charges. We live in Pennsylvania; the scammer was in Switzerland. Our bank instantly protected us against the fraud attempt on our debit card. They also offer fraud protection on our bank issued credit card. He is definitely confused about the situation. I hope he gets a quick solution.
