That was a sad time because we knew ao little about the cause. The things going on now with the egotistical leaders around the world, but mostly here in the U.S. The current administration is so filled with lies I think they are starting to believe their own lies. Only the Lord can save us in my humble opinion.

Good Evening

Kabu, I hope Jim is doing better this evening.  I'm glad you got to eat your Brussel Sprouts just the way you liked them.  I know Jim is starting to miss you while he's in the hospital.  I'm praying for Jim and you.  I hope you have a good night.

Kabu....

I don't know if I ever told you that one of my Nephew's Sons is an RN and the hospital's Wound Specialist for the whole hospital in the Chicago area.   He is really good at what he does.  I don't see him very often because there are miles between us and busyness always with wife and three little ones.  Of course the last time I was able to give him a hug it was at a funeral.

I could just eat a Brussels sprout.. in 47 we had similar weather to which some on this site has. Pigeons flocked to the fields of brussels as it was the only available food above the frozen snow. I remember catching one once it was really weak with hunger.

Tough going for Jim , and for you of course🌺🌺

Things are rough right now in the world. I hope that things change.

Praying for you and Jim. Glad you got your Brussels sprouts. I imagine you and your fellow RN's have a shared history, no matter where you work. You are correct about the Male nurses back in the day. However, I see more male nurses in my neck of the woods these days. They probably have just been overlooked.

I have to assume that his being moved out of ICU is a good thing. Sending prayers. 🙏

I hope the move means Jim's doing better. Peace.

Let's hope he is improving. I'm glad you could talk nurse-to-nurse with one of his nurses. It must feel quite refreshing. And I hope you are able to catch a breath and some rest. Prayers for you, dear.
