Re: Sherri

Sounds grim I hope you never got a shock. I was thinking one would have to crouch in a strange position to do the bottom one..🦋

Re: Good Evening Goldiec

Hm' It does seem like over-kill for a few chicken nuggets and four taters. We have a man who will take anything made of metal  I do not envy him.🌺

It seems people can never clean as good as we'd like. At least I feel like that. I admit, I could use a cleaning person or ten to help me about now. Still, I get it about the oven. Not sure if it's OCD of just plain being picky. Red roseOpen-mouthed smile Either way, hope you get some good food.

Cleaning ovens. Yes I agree, one of my least enjoyed jobs!

Good Evening

I use my oven, but I usually line my baking pan with aluminum foil.  It's easy because all I have to do is throw away the foil when I'm done.  I like using my crock pot too.  I just made a big batch of spaghetti in my crock pot the other day.  I have to say buying another oven is a plan, but then at some point you have to get rid of the first one.  It costs money to get rid of appliances here unless you can carry them to the curb, but they are heavy.  When I buy the new appliance, I usually have the delivery men take the old one away.

That sounds like a plan.

I saw on my Blog you asked what made the air so horrible. We are dealing with an inversion. The inversion is created when warm air traps cold air. The result is the emissions from cars and other emissions can't move. We usually need a hefty wind to blow things away. We were originally under stagnation until Friday but it has been extended to Monday. Inversions are horrible to deal.with.

I avoid using my oven so I don't have to clean it! Lol. I'm more of a crockpot cook. I like dishes that don't need much attention.

Cute. I love it! Oven cleaning is a real pain in the keester. I had a residential/commercial cleaning business for years when we lived out west. For whatever reason, tenants left dirty ovens in need of a serious overhaul. I must have cleaned a thousand ovens during that time. It is knuckle busting work, even with the best self-cleaning ovens. 😕
