I'm guessing that she was planting a garden although it wasn't my first thought.

Re: Sam
Well I don't really mind Sam. I know it is a job to evaluate a few lines. I honestly think it beneficial to keep writing and I love your assessment.🌺

Re: Good Evening
Lo Goldiec the outdoor cat keeps sneaking in, I have to watch she tries to open the door if it is not closed and Scratches the newish stair carpet. It seems fascinated by it . It is a bit annoying🌺.

CC....
.....You still have that special knack of writing poetry that Ribcage liked so well. I still read them to him out loud just in case he is listening for another.

very sensual Poetry and I really love this, you have popped in again today.
It deserves a much wider audience of course but Blogit has much competition now I suppose. Early days we sort of were the writers corner! never stop posting and writing please.

I love the way you freely express yourself. The intimate imagery of sweet fruit and its relationship with the perfect intimate moment. Time only makes a moment like that more rewarding.

Good Evening
Thank you for sharing your poetry. I hope you are staying warm on chilly nights. We are staying as warm as we can, but there are always nooks and crannies that are a bit cold. I will be glad when it warms up.

There is so much to unwrap in this poem. I enjoyed the analogies, peach and the human experience for example. The close encompassing the present and past serve to tie it all together. So many lines were quite lovely and warm and incredibly inviting. Mostly, like most of your poems, it allows the reader to grasp what they will or what they feel; even as it is so broad but definite equally in imagery encompassing all the senses. Finally, I was struck by the metaphors throughout the poem. It's too bad only three commented before. If it was posted while I was on Blogit I would hope I was one of the 3! Marvelous work!!!
