Kabu, I'm so glad everything worked out just the way it was supposed to. I feel so bad for the gentleman whose family is leaving him. I'm going to say a prayer for him and his family. I'm hoping they can find a way to work it out and bring their family back together.

I love it when something goes to the right person. I was going to restore a 1956 Scwinn bicycle but my desire was greater than my ability. I advertised it as part of a yard sale. A guy wanted in the worstbway but my son-in-law suggested we keep it and do the restoration. Another year passed and we did nothing with it. This year we put it up for sale and a nice man in his late 20's came to the yard sale and bought it. His father got him into restoring bikes. He showed us his portfolio of bikes he had restored with his dad. They were spectacular! I felt so good about selling him the bike.
I'm glad your water problem is fixed and awesome on the sale, too!
