Re:
Thank you. I didn't really mean to publish that... but this is something I do with every story I write. If you want your stories to sell and flourish, you have to give them a head start. All of this gets uploaded in the background with the story. I do it when the story is still fresh in my head. None of what is in this post will ever be seen by a reader... except the 'blurbs.'
I have spent 18+ months designing this type of "do this for every story outline, but I believe it will make a huge difference. Once I started publishing taglines, my sales nearly doubled. Search tags play a huge role in getting your story noticed. I have been writing sequels to several stories, so I take notes on where I'm going with them and propose possible titles.
Doing this takes a lot of time, but writing those ~750 words in 2 hours will easily double or even triple the number of people who will see my story. It takes time and some research, but it is worth it to me.
I am about to release ten new stories on PD (PublishDrive.com), and I can't wait to see what happens in front of an audience ten times the size of Amazon alone.
I spend about 3 to 5 hours a day running a lot of material through this site without publishing it because the AI here, in conjunction with the Grammarly app running in the background of everything I do, helps me see errors. After I get it right here, I take it to PWA (ProWritingAid) for further cleanup and suggestions.
